Your 12 session program includes...

  • two or three 1hr. sessions per month depending on your desired pace
  • 24/7 phone, email and text support throughout our program
  • lab testing/results (recommended) - I work with basic blood draw labs, as well as, specialty labs (microbiome, fungal & bacteria, hair mineral, food allergies, etc.) nationwide
  • dietary supplement program - assessing your regimen while adding, eliminating or replacing with superior quality
  • raw foods and cooking tips that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • access to my latest health blogs and papers
  • educational, mental, emotional and motivational support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want and need to achieve goals

My approach.  As a successful holistic coach, I practice a comprehensive, holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.  Does job or relationship stress cause you to overeat?  Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Together we'll work to reach your health goals  in areas such as eradicating pathogens, optimizing your nutrient and energy levels, enabling your body to acquire and maintain a strong reproductive system, balancing blood sugar levels, reducing food cravings, increasing quality sleep and connecting with your source.  As we work together, you'll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle changes that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will allow you to achieve your goals, optimize immunity and significantly improve your health.
